Dr. Swartz is board certified by the American Board of Sleep Medicine, as well as by the American Board of Otolaryngology. Dr. Swartz joins Rose Sleep Disorders Center following 16 years in the United States Air Force, culminating in his appointment as the Chief of the Department of Otolaryngology and Medical Director of the Department of Sleep Medicine at the United States Air Force Academy.

I believe my primary role as a physician and surgeon is that of an educator. Making sure my patients understand their options to aid in a well prepared and informed decision in their care is paramount. Individualized care with the goal solving problems with the lowest degree of intervention yields superior results.
