Description
This is an informal in-person breastfeeding support group. This group empowers moms to become self-sufficient, grow as a breastfeeding couplet, and become independent breastfeeders. You will have an opportunity to meet other mothers, ask questions of the Rose Babies lactation nurses, and weigh your baby. This class is available in the early weeks of breastfeeding (newborns up to eight weeks). Must have delivered at Rose Medical Center to attend.
Unfortunately, our nurses cannot provide exams of babies, evaluations, feeding plans, or any clinical assistance in this setting. You should contact your pediatrician for issues requiring an exam or feeding evaluation. Additionally, most pediatrician offices allow you to come to weigh your baby anytime during regular office hours.

- For moms with babies up to 8 weeks of age.

- The group starts promptly at 1:00 pm
- Please do not bring extra guests - only the breastfeeding person and baby(ies) should attend
- We recommend bringing a breastfeeding pillow from home.

The group will be held in the Goodstein 1 & 2 Conference Room in the basement of Physician Offices Building 2 located at 4500 East 9th Ave., Denver, CO 80220. There is complimentary valet parking at the front of the building. From the lobby, take the elevators down to the basement. The room is just to the left when you exit the elevators.
