Doula Taylour's patient story 1

One of many pieces of advice we received while pregnant was to find a doula. However, neither my husband nor I initially loved the idea of sharing our birth space with a stranger, so we decided to research our local options and see if we might be able to find someone that was the right fit.

In our search, we found Taylour, and we couldn’t have made a better choice in choosing to work with her. Taylour is knowledgeable, helpful, professional, friendly and warm, aware, supportive, and just extremely pleasant and easy to be around. She made sure both my husband and I were extremely well taken care of throughout our entire labor and birth experience, so much so that looking back, it felt like we were in a nice hotel rather than a sterile hospital room when delivering our baby. She was encouraging and helpful in all the right ways, and even the L&D nurses complimented our choice once we shared that Taylour was on her way to our birth room- it was obvious they all loved her too.

She also was excellent with taking photos and videos of our birth and the moments following (which we asked her to do), and the fact that we didn’t have to worry about anything post birth other than enjoying our little one, while also having a treasure trove of photos and videos to look back on, is priceless. I can’t say enough about how incredible of an experience we had during our delivery, and so much of that is owed to Taylour.

We highly recommend her, and feel so fortunate to have had her assist us with our birth!!
