Jessica provided a lot of support with her knowledge of natural birth as a whole. She gave input on how my labor was progressing and suggested position changes, which helped my baby descend. Her calm presence allowed me to stay present and calm. She was a huge encouragement to me on things I had concerns or questions about. She also helped me feel grounded throughout labor.
