Connect for Health Colorado link for finding health insurance through ACA exchanges and other means; referred to on multiple LGBTQ health sites due to the difficulty of finding health insurance to cover transgender transition-related procedures and the higher rate of uninsured among LGBTQ people.

LGBTQIA Healthcare Guild Denver chapter of a national, grassroots organization of mental and medical healthcare providers, contains both patient/consumer and provider resources related to LGBTQIA health issues.
National LGBT Health Education Center
National LGBT Health Education Center has a wealth of LGBTQ health information for both consumers and providers, including videos, webinars and publications related to the needs of sub-groups of the LGBTQ population (youth, elders, Transgender people, HIV+, etc.).

Gay and Lesbian Medical Association/Health Professionals Advancing LGBT Equality largest and oldest association of LGBT healthcare professionals as well as LGBT patients and families; includes links to find providers and resources for both providers and patients.
Lambda Legal is a national non-profit organization focused on the civil rights of LGBTQ and HIV+ people, including "healthcare fairness," focusing on breaches in confidentiality and patient autonomy and visitation rights, among many others.

Out Boulder is Boulder County's central resource for support/programs for LGBTQ citizens. Includes programs specific to youth, transgender people as well as a support group for Transgender Family and Friends. Multiple groups exist with a creativity focus, including writing, drawing and film project groups.
