Participating insurance plans
We accept all forms of government insurance from the U.S., Canada and other countries. We also accept Medicare, Medicaid, Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services (CHAMPUS), and workers compensation.
Advance care planning
Advance directives are legal documents that allow you to give directions for your future medical care. Advance directives help you protect your right to request or refuse care.

Parking
Free self-parking is available in the surface lot in front of the main entrance, the parking garage, and the parking lots north of the parking garage. Patient drop-off and pick-up is available at the main entrance.

Free patient parking is available in the parking garage and designated visitor surface lots surrounding the facilities.
HCA HealthONE Behavioral Health and Wellness Center
Free parking is available in all of the surface lots surrounding the facility at all times.
Tobacco-free environment
We strive to create the healthiest environment possible. Not just for our physicians, nurses and staff, but for you and our visitors. With such a focus on overall health for all, we have prohibited the use of tobacco on all parts of our main and sister campuses, including all forms of cigarettes and chewing tobacco.
