About the Burn and Reconstructive Center at Swedish Medical Center
Swedish Medical Center is the only hospital in the Rocky Mountain Region with a Level 1 Trauma Center and Burn and Reconstructive Center.

We provide a singular, comprehensive burn and reconstructive program to the Rocky Mountain region, caring for both adults and children. Our dedicated, multidisciplinary staff of physicians, nurses, therapists and clinicians work to provide a personalized treatment plan that sends you or your loved one on the road to recovery as quickly and pain-free as possible. Services we provide for burns and wounds
Our center combines 24/7 surgical care, a dedicated inpatient burn critical care unit, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and an outpatient clinic.
Our specially-trained surgeons offer complex microvascular reconstructive surgery for burns, cancer and traumatic limb injuries. Additionally, we offer specialized treatments, such as hand and wrist surgery, brachial plexus reconstruction, lymphedema surgery, replantation, and targeted muscle reinnervation.

As part of our continuum of care, we also offer of a variety of treatments through our outpatient clinic. The clinic is open five days a week, Monday through Friday, for both scheduled and walk-in appointments.
