What is changing?
On October 1, 2024, hospitals, physician practices and other care sites across Denver will adopt the HCA HealthONE market brand, creating a more unified presence and stronger connection to our HCA Healthcare brand.
The new HCA HealthONE market brand will bring our brand name and logo to facility names, signage, workwear, websites and more. But more than names and logos, our brand is brought to life by you and the many ways in which you show up for our patients and communities. We are excited to celebrate together in the months to come.
We have an exciting opportunity to meet the evolving needs of our patients. Through extensive market research, we know that healthcare consumers are looking for the security, safety and trust available through a comprehensive and connected healthcare network. HCA HealthONE can deliver a national healthcare system while still maintaining the highest quality of personalized care that our patients expect and deserve:
- We conducted one of the largest healthcare consumer studies to date. Responses reveal that consumers across different demographics are consistent about what they’re looking for when it comes to healthcare. Most importantly, they are looking for a trustworthy healthcare system that places patients first and offers services across a continuum of care.
- We took key insights from our consumer research and validated with a COVID lens to ensure the work and findings remained valid. The COVID-19 pandemic further increased the benefits of a large healthcare system that can meet a broad range of needs.
Our brand’s name and look will change along with how we talk about our connected network. But our ethos remains the same. We are committed to providing the same excellent care that our patients expect. Our rebrand will celebrate the best of who we are — including the many ways you show up for your patients each day.
While operations for branded items like workwear, signage, patient collateral and websites are changing, our division operating structure will not change.
Our facilities in Denver will start using our new name and logo on October 1, 2024. The implementation plan takes a coordinated approach to help ensure a smooth, connected launch. Until then, you do not need to make changes to your business cards, email addresses, swag or other collateral. All of our colleagues play a role in bringing our brand to life, and we look forward to sharing more in the months ahead.

- Workwear: you will receive a stipend to order new workwear with our new logo in mid-July.
- Collateral: in August, colleagues can begin ordering rebranded collateral to have in time for launch.
- Events: look out for fun activities happening at your facility!
We are rebranding the Denver market because you have long been a hub for excellence and innovation that has driven HCA Healthcare forward. We want our patients and the communities we serve to understand that in any of our HealthONE facilities, they can expect world-class patient care by a leading national health system. This is an exciting time, and we appreciate everyone’s partnership in advancing our brand strategy and delivering on our enterprise mission: Above all else, we are committed to the care and improvement of human life.
Facility names are informed by extensive research into what patients are looking for when they seek a provider and what terms are most preferred and commonly understood. In most instances, the only change to the facility name was the addition of HCA HealthONE. Names have been carefully tailored to each practice, reflecting the specific services you provide, the community or hospital served and each practice’s unique geography and competitive dynamics. Other factors include legal considerations, consumer experience and data. Overall, each name seeks to clearly set consumer expectations and boost your visibility among patients and consumers.
By relying more on our HCA HealthONE market brand name to set us apart, we can more effectively communicate our value, breadth and depth of services to our patients.
The new brand will not change our operating structure, or how we deliver care at our facilities. The true meaning of our brand comes to life in the excellent care you continue to provide. Through your actions big and small, you put our patients first. This is the most important part of operationalizing our brand, and we are grateful for all the ways you help provide a collaborative, compassionate culture.
A unified brand will underscore our practice of using our scope and scale to harness innovation and implement best practices across our enterprise. Our physicians, nurses and colleagues will continue to deliver the high-quality, patient-centered compassionate care our patients deserve. Over time you will see new signage, refreshed uniforms, updated marketing materials and new email addresses for those who have email.
We are communicating the new HCA HealthONE brand to our colleagues and physicians first. That’s why we are sharing information several months before our formal brand launch. A comprehensive external communications plan — including communications to our patients and referring physicians — will accompany the official public launch on October 1. All colleagues and physicians will play an important role in communicating and demonstrating our collective excellence at that time.
We are introducing updated workwear that will display our new HCA HealthONE logo in scrub colors that are consistent with the HCA Healthcare enterprise standard. The new uniform standard offers more product choices, which means more options for selecting workwear that allows you to feel comfortable.
