What happens during pregnancy week 1-3?

The first 3 weeks of pregnancy include the 2 weeks after your period begins and fertilization of the egg.

The sperm and egg unite to form a single cell called a zygote. The cell divides to form a cluster of cells that travels down the Fallopian tube to the uterus.
