Jeff Dorsey

President and Chief Executive Officer
HCA-HealthONE

Mr. Dorsey is President and CEO of HCA-HealthONE LLC. HCA's strategy is building comprehensive networks of healthcare services in local markets, integrating various services to deliver quality patient care. Prior to joining HCA, Mr. Dorsey was President and CEO of Rose Health Care System, a Colorado nonprofit corporation serving as the parent corporation of Rose Medical Center, RMD Enterprises and its subsidiaries, and the Rose Foundation. Mr. Dorsey served as the Executive Vice President/Administrator at Rose Medical Center from 1986 to 1994. He served in this capacity under a management contract with HCA from 1986 to 1990. Mr. Dorsey has worked in the field of health care administration since 1972. He has held a series of progressively responsible positions in Virginia, Indiana, Saudi Arabia, Georgia and Kansas. A graduate of Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Mr. Dorsey holds a Master of Hospital Administration degree from the Medical College of Virginia. Mr. Dorsey is a member of and interacts on various boards and committees throughout the Denver area.

Jennifer Alderfer 

North Suburban Medical Center

Jennifer Alderfer is the President and Chief Executive Officer at North Suburban Medical Center and has been with HCA/HealthONE since 2000. She was promoted in April 2010 from the North Suburban Medical Center Chief Operating Officer role, a leadership position she held since 2006. Prior positions include Associate Administrator and Chief Operating Officer of HealthONE’s The Medical Center of Aurora North Campus, as well as Administrative Fellow and Associate Administrator at HCA’s Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. Active in the community, Jennifer is a member of the Board of Directors of the Metro North Chamber of Commerce and the Executive Committee of the Colorado Health Administration Alumni Association. Jennifer is board certified in Healthcare Administration and is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives. She earned her Master of Health Administration (MHA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees at the University of Colorado – Denver.

She is married, the mother of two daughters and a son, and enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, and motorcycle riding with her family.

Ken Feiler

Rose Medical Center

Ken Feiler is the CEO at Rose Medical Center and has been with HCA since 1994. Before coming to Colorado, Ken served as CEO for Northwest Medical Center in Florida. Ken began his career in hospital administration in 1980 as the associate administrator with the American Hospital of Miami.

Ken holds a masters in Health Care Administration from The George Washington University as well as a graduate degree in Psychology from State University of New York. His professional associations include serving as a board member for ADL, Shalom Park Nursing Home, and Young Americans Bank. Ken is married and has two children, Melyssa and Jacob. He enjoys golf, tennis, running, photography, and gardening. 

John Hill

The Medical Center of Aurora

John Hill is the President and Chief Executive Officer at The Medical Center of Aurora (TMCA) and Centennial Medical Plaza (CMP). Under Hill’s leadership, TMCA was granted Magnet Designation, the most prestigious designation for excellence in nursing services, by the American Nurses Association, Primary Stroke Center Certification by The Joint Commission, Chest Pain Center Accreditation by the Society of Chest Pain Centers (SCPC) and Oncology Certification by the American Cancer Society (ACS).

Hill’s previous position was Chief Operating Officer at Medical City in Dallas, located in North Texas. During Hill’s tenure, Medical City was awarded the Texas Award for Performance Excellence, and the American Nurses Association’s Magnet recognition.

Hill is board certified in Healthcare Administration and is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives. In 2006, he was awarded the American College of Healthcare Executives North Texas Regent’s Award for Early Careerist of the Year. He is the recipient of the 2009 ACHE Service Award, which recognizes volunteer service to the healthcare management profession. In 2010, Hill was named an “Up and Comer” by Modern Healthcare. He also served as the 2010 American Heart Association Denver Heart Walk Chair. 

He currently serves on the board for the Community College of Aurora Foundation and the Aurora Economic Development Council. Hill is an Executive Liaison for the Colorado Association of Healthcare Executives. He was selected by the governor as a member of the State Emergency Medical and Trauma Services Advisory Council.

He and his wife, Jennifer, have three sons and three daughters. John is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time in the Colorado Mountains with his family.

Cynthia “Cindy” Kreutz

Spalding Rehabilitation Hospital

Cindy is President and CEO of Spalding Rehabilitation Hospital and a Registered Occupational Therapist with 30 years of experience in the rehabilitation field. Cindy has a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare.

Community involvement includes the Aurora Chamber of Commerce Leadership Aurora Board, Colorado Hospital Association Friends Committee (PAC), American Hospital Association Long Term Care Governing Council, Journal of Healthcare Management Editorial Board (ACHE), Brain Injury Association of Colorado Collaborative, and Division of Worker’s Compensation Advisory Panel.

In 2006, Cindy was awarded “Citizen of the Year” by the Aurora Civitan Club. She was also awarded “Woman of the Year” from the Aurora Chamber in 2009, and in 2010 she was named “Community Partner of the Year” by the City of Aurora. Cindy is married and enjoys travel and most outdoor activities.

Mimi Roberson

Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center

Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children

Mimi Roberson is President and CEO of Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center and Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children at P/SL. Prior to moving to Denver in 1999, she was simultaneously President and CEO of both Women’s and Children’s Hospital and Medical Center of Southwest in Lafayette, LA. She has a Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University and practiced law for 11 years before her career in hospital administration.

Mimi is active in many local, state and federal organizations. She has held leadership positions in the Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce (Chair), Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation (Executive Committee), Metro Denver Leadership Foundation, Colorado Hospital Association, American Hospital Association, and Federation of American Hospitals.

Community service includes board membership or fundraising leadership for Community College of Denver Foundation, March of Dimes, American Heart Association, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Judi’s House, There With Care, Compass Bank and others. In 2009, she was appointed by Governor Bill Ritter to serve on the Provider Fee Oversight and Advisory Board, where she was elected Vice-Chair. She received the Denver Business Journal “Champions in Healthcare” award in 2009. 

Maureen Tarrant

Sky Ridge Medical Center

Maureen Tarrant is President and Chief Executive Officer of Sky Ridge Medical Center, which opened in August 2003 in Lone Tree, Colorado south of metropolitan Denver.

With more than 20 years of healthcare management experience, Maureen was promoted to CEO in 2001 from her position as HealthONE Vice President for Strategic and Administrative Services. As CEO, she was instrumental in the planning, design and development, construction and management of Sky Ridge – HCA/HealthONE’s seventh and newest hospital.

Active in the community, Maureen is a member of the Board of Directors of the Southeast Business Partnership. She is also Past Chairman of the Colorado Hospital Association, a board member of the Eating Disorder Center of Denver, a member of the MIC Management Committee (Radiology JV), an Adjunct Faculty member of Virginia Commonwealth University’s Department of Health Administration, and a member of American Hospital Association’s Regional Policy Board. Maureen is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. In 2004, Maureen was presented with the prestigious Visionary Award from CREW Denver, the local organization of Commercial Real Estate Women, for her commitment to change the face of patient care and economic expansion in south metro Denver.

Maureen received her MBA in healthcare management from Boston University. She and her husband, John, live in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

Mary White

Swedish Medical Center  

Mary M. White is President and Chief Executive Officer of Swedish Medical Center. Her career in health care spans 29 years; 15 years at Rose Medical Center where she ascended from an Administrative Resident to Senior Vice President, and since 1996 President and CEO at Swedish Medical Center. Mary is a member of several professional organizations including the American College of Healthcare Executives.

She is active in many community organizations, currently serving on the boards of the Colorado Neurological Institute, Rocky Mountain MS Center, Mountain States Employer’s Council, CoBiz, and Doctors’ Care.

Previously Mary was served as chairman of the board of Colorado Health and Hospital Association and served on the board of Colorado Foundation for Medical Care, the South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce, the American Heart and Stroke Association and American Hospital Association’s Metropolitan Hospital Governing Council and served as a member of the State Emergency Medicine and Trauma Advisory Council (SEMTAC).

Mary holds a bachelor’s degree from Juniata College and a master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She is married, the mother of three sons, and enjoys skiing and golf.
