Decreasing Emergency Room Wait Times

HealthONE hospitals strive to evaluate every patient who visits the emergency room in a timely manner. To accomplish this goal, many of the hospitals have created special triage areas for those with non life-threatening injuries. In many cases, these patients are seen by a doctor within 20 minutes of their arrival to the ER.

HealthONE Hospitals' HCAHPS Scores

All of our hospitals measure patient satisfaction through a national survey called HCAHPS (pronounced H CAPS). The HCAHPS survey makes it possible for you to compare hospital performance in Denver, Colorado, and the entire United States. We continuously monitor our HCAHPS patient satisfaction survey results. As an organization, we have set out to rank among the top 25% of hospitals in the United States in four very important measurements:
