Currently you must use a PC with Windows Operating Systems (version 2000 or newer) or a MACINTOSH that uses the Windows partition. Full MAC compatibility will be coming late in 2010 or early 2011.
You must be set up for Remote Access. If you are not already set up, Complete the Access request form in Step 2 and FAX to the number on the form. You may also call the Service Desk at 303-584-2232 and select option 1 for physician support. All of your questions can be answered using one of these options.
