About HealthONE Cancer Care

We provide patients access to the largest network of comprehensive cancer services, assuring that their cancer journey will take the best possible path from diagnosis to treatment and recovery. The system includes six acute care hospitals, 13 ambulatory surgery centers, seven radiation therapy centers and more than 20 outpatient imaging centers.

Our team of specialized medical oncologists, subspecialty surgeons, radiation oncologists, interventional radiologists, radiologists, pathologists, nurses, technologists, social workers, therapists, patient navigators and others treat more cancer patients than any other provider in a seven-state region.

HealthONE prides itself on providing academic level medicine in community hospital settings. With research and access to the most advanced diagnostics, treatments and protocols available, including genetic counseling, as well as hundreds of clinical trials, we continue to be grounded in a belief that patient care and communication come first.

Each hospital regularly conducts multidisciplinary tumor boards and sponsors numerous continuing medical education conferences to share the latest advances in cancer care and treatment. And while the HealthONE network contains all the services, resources and state-of-the-art technology that patients need, our providers endeavor to understand the services available in the patient’s home community and partner with referring physicians to facilitate a seamless transition so patients can access treatment closer to home.

HealthONE hospitals are approved by the Commission on Cancer, a program of the American College of Surgeons (ACoS), having achieved the highest rating from ACoS. We take part in a cancer registry that collects outcomes data and offer access to hundreds of clinical trials and new treatment options.

HealthONE Cancer Care offers life-long follow-up care to people with cancer including finding and treating any problems, such as late side effects, recurrences, or new cancers. Our Rehabilitation, Exercise Specialists, Psychosocial Oncology and Complementary and Alternative Medicine programs are available to improve quality of life.
